What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

When you add items to cart and proceed to check-out you can see the shipping cost charged after filling out your address. When the cart's address form is filled you can easily add and remove items to see delivery charges for the order.

 

International customers should know that import fees, if any, are handled by the recipient.

Can I see/pick up items myself?

Yes. Items can be brought to the Regarding Deco store on Linnégatan 4 (also possible in Midsommarkransen). Please expect a few days for the items to arrive at Linnégatan. Regarding Deco is open thu-Fri 12-18, Sat-Sun 12-16. To see items IRL, send a request to info@pafemtevaningen.com.

How can I pay?

We accept direct credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard, swish) and advance payments through wire transfer.

When will I recieve my order?

Items are shipped within 24 h Monday to Friday. Expected delivery time is 3-5 business days within the European Union, and 4-8 business days for non-European countries.
In cases of unexpected delays at the shipping company we reserve 30 days for domestic and 60 days for international parcels.

Will my parcel be safe?

Yes. Our items are wrapped in foam foil, bubble wrap and soft well. That “cocoon” is then placed in a box with additional bubble wrap and marked up with “glass” labels. The shipping is registered and in the unlikely case of lost or damaged goods we will make you a full refund.

What about discounts?

We don't give discounts on single items. For quantity orders, please contact us.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, after finalizing your order you’ll recieve an e-mail with a PDF-invoice attached.
