Website prices are stated in SEK, Swedish kronor. Payment can be made directly with credit card or through wire transfer after contact. På femte våningen apply VAT margin scheme for second hand goods.
Items are shipped within 24 h, Monday to Friday. The parcel is handled by the Swedish postal services and can be traced at www.posten.se. Expected delivery time is 3-5 business days within the European Union, and 4-8 business days for non-European countries. In cases of unexpected delays at the shipping company we reserve 30 days for domestic parcels and 60 days for international parcels. If på femte våningen fail to comply with the agreement because of circumstances outside of our control due to force majeure (strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes etc), på femte våningen cannot be held responsible.
International customers should note that import fees (duty/VAT), if any, are handled by the recipient.
Purchased items may be returned within 14 days from delivery. A refund will be made when the item is returned in its original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Contact info@pafemtevaningen.com before initiating a return.
