Delivery charges are based on the weight of the parcel and the recipients address. We apply combined shipping for quantity orders. When the cart’s address form is completed you can easily add and remove items to see delivery charges for the order.
International customers should note that import fees, if any, are handled by the recipient.
We accept direct credit card payments through Visa and Mastercard and advance payments through invoice. Both options are available in the check-out system.
Items are shipped within 24 h Monday to Friday. Expected delivery time is 3-5 business days within the European Union, and 4-8 business days for non-European countries.
In cases of unexpected delays at the shipping company we reserve 30 days for domestic and 60 days for international parcels.
“Local pickup” purchases can be collected in our På Andra Våningen store at Svandammsvägen 15, 126 35 Hägersten. Opening hours below. Please note that we reserve 24 hours to ensure that the items are present at your arrival.
If you like to have a look at a specific item, we are happy to help you. However, most På Femte Våningen items are currently not available in our På Andra Våningen store so you need to contact us for a view.
Before shipping our items are wrapped in foam foil, bubble wrap and soft well. The “cocoon” is then placed in a box with additional bubble wrap and marked up with “glass” labels. The parcel is trackable and in the unlikely case of lost or damaged goods På Femte Våningen will make a full refund to the customer.
We don’t give any discount on single items. For quantity orders, please contact us.
Yes, after finalizing your order you’ll recieve an e-mail with a PDF-invoice attached.
